Matwork classes help to set a strong foundation for all realms of Pilates. Based off of the Five Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES® method, our Mat-based classes will often incorporate a number of “small props” to improve body awareness while challenging strength and endurance – Good body awareness allows us to move more efficiently during all activities! Our Mat classes are a total body workout designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility and strengthen and tone using carefully selected exercises that help stretch and lengthen the body.
