Is there parking available nearby?

Yes - and it is free! Our clinic is located on the south side of Oxford Street, and the entrance is on the east side of our building. At the rear of our clinic, there is plenty of free parking available.

Do you provide direct billing?

When possible - absolutely! We are currently able to direct bill for:

Canada Life, Canada Life PSHCP, Chamber of Commerce, Claimsecure, Desjardins, Empire Life, Equitable, Green Shield Canada, Humania, Industrial Alliance, MEDIC Construction, Liuna Local 183 & 506, Manion, Manulife, RWAM, SSQ Insurance

The ability to direct bill can be dictated by your insurance provider and/or by the coverage your employer or group benefit plan provider offers. If you are not sure if you have direct billing, please refer to your insurance policy or contact your insurance provider directly.

How can I book an appointment?

For most of the practitioners in our office you can book online through Jane App - to do this click the ‘Schedule Appointment’ link at the top of our website and select the practitioner you wish to book an appointment with. You are also able to call during business hours (519-455-3312) to book an appointment with our wonderful administrative support staff, or you can leave a message and they will connect back with you to answer any questions and schedule time to see our team.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. We understand that your schedule can be hectic and you might need to change or cancel an upcoming treatment. Our cancellation policy is meant to support both our community and practitioners as many patients and clients of the clinic want to get in to be seen quickly and if the proper notice is provided for cancellation we can offer that time to another individual. At Back to Health we require 24 hours notice to cancel your upcoming appointment. During business hours you can call the office to cancel your appointment, or you can access your appointment on Jane App and cancel at any time. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment amount.
